They were available at all hours (we flew hinein very late and flew out very early) and catered to all ur needs at every hour, including packing a special to-go breakfast for our early flight with fresh coffee, fruits and sandwiches. Beautiful boutique hotel with perfect location for walking around Palma. The room welches lovely with attention to small details and a balcony overlooking a beautiful courtyard with the hustle and bustle of Palma. The breakfast is served outside in the courtyard (there is also indoor seating for days with poor weather but we had lots of sun) and was delicious.
